Our focus is to provide you with excellent customer service and a positive sense of well-being. We realize that every client is unique and has different hair, skin, body and nail needs. Each of our providers are highly trained and can provide you with a variety of different services. We guarantee you will look and feel amazing every time you visit!
Please note that once you have scheduled an appointment with us, it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. Cancellations made 24 hours or less before an appointment will be subject to a rebooking fee of 50% of your original appointment scheduled. Please be advised, that cancellations made up to 24 hours before a scheduled appointment via phone, email or messenger will be processed without penalty.
If the salon cancels an appointment with less than 24 hour notice, a new appointment will be rescheduled subject to availability.
Clients who cancel more than 2 times within a 3 month period will be required to submit a deposit up to 100% of the total cost of service requested when booking future appointments. Any remaining balance will be due during the appointment booked.
No shows will be charged 100% of the full service re-booking fee of your original scheduled appointment.
In the event that you are running late, please give us a call. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we cannot guarantee that your service(s) will be performed in full due to potential time constraints, but we will do our best to accommodate you with an abbreviated service. If we do an abbreviated service due to your late arrival, you will be charged for your originally scheduled service.
Clients who schedule a chemical service during their first visit will be required to submit a $50 non-refundable deposit to hold the appointment. The deposit will go toward the chemical services being received that day. Any additional balance will be due during the day of the appointment.
