Our focus is to provide you with excellent customer service and a positive sense of well-being. We realize that every client is unique and has different hair, skin, body and nail needs. Each of our technicians are highly trained and can provide you with a variety of different services. We guarantee you will look and feel amazing every time you visit!

Cancellation Policy

​

We understand that plans can change unexpectedly and sometimes it is necessary to cancel or
reschedule appointments.

That is why we have developed a cancellation policy that is fair to all parties involved.


If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we kindly request that you provide us with
at least a 24-hour notice.

This allows us to offer the appointment to another client who may be in need of our services.


If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 24-hour notice, you may be
charged a cancelation fee.

This fee is necessary to cover the cost of the service providers time and the overhead expense
associated with running our business.


If you NO-SHOW your appointment, you will be charged a fee equivalent to the appointment
missed.


If you are LATE for your appointment, you may be asked to reschedule, or your appointment
may be cut short.

However, you will be responsible to pay for the original scheduled appointment in full.

 

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with our cancellation policy.
We want to ensure that your experience with us is smooth and as stress-free as possible.

New Clients
Clients who schedule a chemical service during their first visit will be required to submit a $50 non-refundable deposit to hold the appointment. The deposit will go toward the chemical services being received that day. Any additional balance will be due during the day of the appointment.
